Native means the gateway itself tells Rekomi about every sale, renewal, and refund, so commissions mint and adjust automatically with no backend code on your side. Most connects are a single paste (an API key or a signing secret); a few are one-click apps.

Stripe

The deepest integration: connect once and payments, subscription renewals, and refunds are tracked natively.

On a gateway that isn't listed?

Any gateway that can send a webhook works with Rekomi through the server-to-server S2S API: your backend (or a relay) posts each sale to Rekomi with the affiliate's slug that your site captured, and refund adjustments post the same way.
