Bookings

Requests from brands, proposals you send, and deals moving through escrow, in one place.

/a/bookings is everything between "a brand noticed you" and "you got paid". Three words to know:

  • A request is what a brand sends through your page's work with me form.
  • A proposal is what you send a brand: your terms, as a one-time link.
  • A deal is accepted terms moving through escrow to payout.

Bookings with active deals, an offer to accept, and requests from brands

Requests from brands

Every submission from your page lands here with the brand's name, contact, budget range, and message. New requests are marked until you open them, and you get an email when one arrives.

Reply with the Message button: the conversation happens on Rekomi, and the brand gets a private chat link by email (they do not need an account to talk to you). You can also jump straight to Send a proposal to answer a request with concrete terms, or archive requests that are not a fit.

Proposals you send

A proposal is your terms minted as a one-time link: what you are offering, your rate, and optionally a commission on tracked sales after the flat fee (one-time or recurring). Create one from the button at the top of Bookings, then send the link to the brand however you are already talking to them.

The mechanics:

  • Each link works once and expires after 14 days.
  • You can have up to 20 live links at a time; revoke any you no longer want out there.
  • When a brand opens the link, they see your terms, create a Rekomi account if they need one, and accept. Accepting creates a deal with your terms already locked; their next step is funding the escrow.
  • Once a link is used, the row shows which brand took it.

Proposals unlock once your profile is reviewed (the same review that adds the Verified badge).

Active deals

Deals show their live status with what happens next spelled out on the card:

StatusWhat it means
OfferedA brand sent you terms. Accept or decline; offers expire after 14 days.
AcceptedTerms locked. The brand funds the escrow next.
FundedThe brand's payment is settling into escrow (bank transfers take a few days), then you get the green light to deliver.
DeliveredYou marked the work done. The brand reviews and releases; it auto-releases after 7 days if they do nothing.
ReleasedPaid out through your payout method, taxes handled.

Every deal has its own message thread (the Messages button, with unread counts). The money mechanics, fees, and what to do in a dispute are in Deals and getting paid.
