White-label

Remove Rekomi branding from your affiliates' dashboard, emails, and invite pages.

White-label puts your brand where Rekomi's would normally be, across your affiliates' entire experience. It is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans and is one switch: Settings, Account profile, White-label.

What changes when it's on

For any affiliate whose only campaigns are yours:

  • Their dashboard shows your logo (or your brand name) in place of the Rekomi wordmark, uses your brand color for accents, and drops "Rekomi" from browser tab titles.
  • Marketplace surfaces are hidden from their navigation: no creator network, no open campaign directory, no deal marketplace. Their dashboard reads as your program, not a marketplace they might wander out of.
  • Emails to your affiliates (application updates, commission notifications, payout emails, invites, broadcasts) drop the "via Rekomi" attribution and the Rekomi footer links. Pair this with a custom sending domain so the sender address is also yours.
  • Invite pages lose the "Powered by Rekomi" footer.
  • Your signup pages already support removing "Powered by Rekomi" (Pro, per campaign, in the landing page builder) and can run on your own domain on any paid plan.

Upload a logo and set a brand color in Settings, Account profile first; those are what your affiliates will see.

The one honest boundary

An affiliate account on Rekomi can join campaigns from more than one brand. Your white-label chrome applies when your campaigns are the only ones an affiliate belongs to, which is the case for virtually all recruited ambassadors. If one of your affiliates independently joins another brand's campaign later, their dashboard returns to the neutral view (showing one brand's identity over another's campaigns would be wrong).

Two things intentionally keep their existing identity:

  • Sign-in happens on the standard hosted sign-in page. This is deliberate anti-phishing design: credentials are only ever typed on one consistent, verifiable page.
  • Payout and tax identity: payouts are delivered by Rekomi's payment infrastructure and, for US affiliates, tax forms are issued by Rekomi as the payer of record. Affiliates see that identity during payout onboarding and on tax documents, as required.

Enabling it

  1. Go to Settings, Account profile.
  2. Confirm your logo (and optionally brand color) are set in the branding section.
  3. Turn on the White-label switch below it.

The change applies immediately: dashboards on next load, emails from the next send. Turning it off restores the standard experience just as quickly. Enabling requires Pro or higher; turning it off is always available.
