Product & page links
Link directly to a specific product or page on the brand's site, beyond your referral link.
Your referral link is your all-purpose signup link: it works on any page of the brand's site. On top of that, most campaigns let you create product & page links (the industry calls these deep links): direct links to a specific product or page on the brand's site that still carry your own tracking code. Focused links convert better than a homepage link, because people land on the exact thing you were talking about.
Your referral link
Your referral link is always available, works on any page of the brand's site, and is your default: use it when you don't need to point at anything specific.
Creating a product or page link
On sale campaigns, you can create up to 20 links per campaign, including your referral link, from the Product & page links section of the campaign page. Each one is a direct link to a specific page on the brand's site, carrying your link's own code; there's no redirect step in between.
- If the brand runs on Shopify, a product search lets you pick a product and the destination fills in automatically. The product picker shows each product's rate as a chip: "Earns X%" when the brand set a product-specific rate for the campaign, otherwise the campaign rate, so you can see what a product pays before creating the link.
- Otherwise, paste any URL on the campaign's website. It must be on the brand's own site; you can't point a link at an unrelated page.
Whichever link a customer clicks, your commission follows what they actually buy. If the brand pays a different rate on certain products, that rate applies based on the purchase, not on which link you shared.
Brands choose which products appear in the picker, so a product you can't find was likely not made available; you can still link to any page on the brand's site by pasting its URL.
For a quick one-off, the campaign page's "Make a link to a specific page" helper appends your link name to any page URL right in your browser, no save step needed; if you want per-page stats later, create a proper Product & page link instead.
Tracking
Each product or page link tracks its own clicks and sales separately from your referral link and your other links. Sales are attributed to the specific link whose code the customer carried; this works across the billing providers that attribute by link code (Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Chargebee, Polar, Recurly, Braintree, Gumroad, Creem, Dodo Payments, and server-to-server tracking). On Shopify stores it works with nothing to install: the Rekomi app watches for your link on the storefront and also reads the order's own journey data recorded by Shopify, so a buyer who clicks your link and orders credits that exact link even if their browser blocks trackers. Sales made with your coupon code credit your account as a whole rather than any single link.
Deleting a link
A link with recorded sales can't be deleted: it's part of your earnings history. The same goes for a link with paid clicks on a pay-per-click campaign. A link with only raw clicks and no sales (or no paid clicks) can be deleted; deleting it removes that link's click history.
Pay-per-click and pay-per-lead campaigns
- Pay-per-click campaigns keep their rekomi.link short links.
- Pay-per-lead campaigns use one hosted lead form link instead of short links.
