How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick any paid tier and start a 14-day trial with full feature access. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and your card is never charged. Stripe collects your card during signup so your workspace keeps running automatically on day 15, and we email you a reminder before the trial ends so you can decide.
How does the 3% payout fee work?
Your subscription covers the software. On top of that, we take a small 3% on affiliate payouts (2.5% on Enterprise), and in return we run done-for-you global payouts and tax: Stripe Connect transfers, currency handling, and tax forms. We only earn when your affiliates earn, so the fee scales with the value the program creates, not with a flat upfront bill.
Do you support non-USD currencies?
Yes. The Pro plan unlocks multi-currency reporting across 30+ ISO 4217 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and 25 more). Conversions ingest in any supported currency; dashboards FX-normalize to your home currency at daily ECB rates from Frankfurter. Payout batches split per currency, so each affiliate is paid natively. Starter and Growth plans stay USD-only.
What does the payout fee cover?
The 3% on affiliate payouts funds the rail that handles paying your affiliates for you: Stripe Connect transfers across 50+ countries, currency handling, and year-end tax forms. You do not run a separate payouts or tax process; we do it, and we only earn when your affiliates earn.
Is there a limit on how much I can pay out?
Each plan includes a monthly partner-payout volume (Starter $2,500, Growth $15,000, Pro and Enterprise unlimited) to help you pick the right tier. It is a guide, not a wall: you are never blocked from paying your partners, and there is no overage fee. If you go over, the flat 3% still applies to all volume and we simply suggest moving up a plan for more headroom.
Annual vs monthly: how much do I save?
Annual saves 17% on every paid tier. Same features, paid yearly. Starter: $190/yr (vs $228). Growth: $390/yr (vs $468). Pro: $990/yr (vs $1,188).
What about Enterprise?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-serve via the Stripe Customer Portal from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No clawbacks. No pro-rating tricks.
Do you charge per affiliate or per tracked customer?
No. Plans are flat monthly subscriptions, not per affiliate or per tracked customer. The only usage-based piece is a small 3% on affiliate payouts (2.5% on Enterprise), which covers done-for-you payouts and tax. You do not get punished for recruiting more affiliates.
What is white-label removal?
On Pro, the affiliate-facing dashboard, emails, and embed remove every Rekomi logo and reference. Your customers see your brand only. A custom sending domain is included so notifications come from your domain.
Will the price change as you ship features?
Existing customers are grandfathered into the price they signed up at, indefinitely. New tier features that ship within their tier are included. Major new tiers may carry their own prices; existing tiers do not retroactively shrink.
Do you support multi-level marketing?
No. We ship bounded single-tier sub-affiliate overrides on Pro. Affiliate A can recruit affiliate B and earn a configurable percent override on B's commission, with chains capped at 1 level so this stays an affiliate-recruiting feature, not an MLM structure. Brands opt in per campaign and pick the override percent themselves.
