Pick any paid tier and start a 14-day trial with full feature access. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and your card is never charged. Stripe collects your card during signup so your workspace keeps running automatically on day 15, and we email you a reminder before the trial ends so you can decide.

Your subscription covers the software. On top of that, we take a small 3% on affiliate payouts (2.5% on Enterprise), and in return we run payouts for you: global transfers, currency handling, W-9/W-8 collection, and the year-end 1099-NECs handled with Rekomi as the payer of record. We only earn when your affiliates earn, so the fee scales with the value the program creates, not with a flat upfront bill.

Yes. Sales record in any of 135+ supported currencies on every plan, and the Pro plan unlocks multi-currency reporting: dashboards convert everything to your home currency at daily mid-market exchange rates (ECB for the majors, Xe for the rest, no markup). Payouts settle in USD, with every non-USD commission converted at the most recent published mid-market rate available when the payout runs, and the rate and its date shown on the payout.

The 3% on affiliate payouts covers running payouts for you: Stripe, bank-deposit, and PayPal transfers across 130+ countries, currency handling, W-9/W-8 collection during payout onboarding, and a year-end 1099-NEC candidates worksheet for your accountant. You do not run a separate payouts process or file for your affiliates, Rekomi is the payer of record, and we only earn when your affiliates earn.

No. Virtually any country in the world works (internationally sanctioned countries are the only exception): you fund payout runs by bank transfer from any bank, and brands with a US, EU, UK, or Canadian bank can also link an automatic bank debit. Your affiliates get paid across 130+ countries. You never need your own Stripe account, and a card from any country pays the subscription.

Each plan includes a monthly partner-payout volume (Starter $2,500, Growth $15,000, Pro and Enterprise unlimited) to help you pick the right tier. It is a guide, not a wall: you are never blocked from paying your partners, and there is no overage fee. If you go over, the flat 3% still applies to all volume and we simply suggest moving up a plan for more headroom.

Yes. Self-serve via the Stripe Customer Portal from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No clawbacks. No pro-rating tricks.

No. Plans are flat monthly subscriptions, not per affiliate or per tracked customer. The only usage-based piece is a small 3% on affiliate payouts (2.5% on Enterprise), which covers running payouts for you, W-9/W-8 collection, and year-end 1099-NEC prep. You do not get punished for recruiting more affiliates.

On Pro, flip one switch and your affiliates' experience carries your brand instead of ours. Your affiliates get their own space on your domain: they sign in there, see your logo and colors with no Rekomi chrome, and manage their links, stats, and creatives (and see their coupon codes) without ever visiting rekomi.com. Marketplace surfaces are hidden, emails to your affiliates drop the Rekomi footer, and invite pages lose the Powered by Rekomi mark; signup pages have their own per-campaign Powered-by removal in the landing page builder, also Pro. A custom sending domain is included so those emails also come from your domain, and signup pages can run on your own domain on any paid plan.

Existing customers are grandfathered into the price they signed up at, indefinitely. New tier features that ship within their tier are included. Major new tiers may carry their own prices; existing tiers do not retroactively shrink.

No. We ship a classic 2-tier program on every plan: affiliate A can recruit affiliate B and earn a configurable percent override on B's commission, with exactly one recruiting level so this stays an affiliate-recruiting feature, not an MLM structure. Brands opt in per campaign and pick the override percent themselves.
