Creative assets

Give affiliates ready-to-use banners and swipe copy for a campaign.

Creative assets let you hand approved affiliates ready-made marketing material instead of leaving them to design their own. Upload banners and swipe copy once, per campaign, and every approved affiliate can grab them.

Uploading

Assets are managed on the campaign's Assets tab:

  • Banners: PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
  • Swipe copy: text snippets, up to 10,000 characters each.

Upload as many as you like; there's no limit beyond file size and character count.

What affiliates see

Approved affiliates see a "Creatives" section on their campaign page:

  • Banners show as previews with a copy-URL button and a download button.
  • Swipe copy shows with a one-click copy button.

Assets only appear to affiliates who are approved on the campaign.

Banner URLs

Each banner gets a permanent public CDN link. It's safe to embed the URL directly anywhere (a blog post, an email, a landing page): treat it as public marketing material, not something that needs to stay private.

Editing assets

You can edit the name or text of an asset at any time. To swap the file behind a banner, delete the existing banner and upload a new one; there's no in-place file replace.
