How long does the commission last?
For the lifetime of the subscription: you earn 25% of the first payment and of every renewal for as long as the customer you referred stays on a paid plan.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions become payable once your approved balance reaches $50. Connect your payout account once (Stripe Express in 42 countries, bank deposits in 60 more, PayPal in 66 more) and approved commissions are paid out to you; nothing to invoice, and your W-9 or W-8 is collected once during payout onboarding.
What happens if a customer refunds?
The commission reverses automatically, proportionally for partial refunds. Your balance always reflects real, kept revenue, which is also why brands trust the numbers.
Can I refer Shopify or Wix stores?
Yes. Stores that install Rekomi from the Shopify App Store or the Wix App Market count as your referrals, as long as they reach the marketplace through rekomi.com with your link (share rekomi.com/integrations/shopify?via=your-name or rekomi.com/integrations/wix?via=your-name and have them click the marketplace button there).
