Partner program management for agencies.
Run affiliate programs for multiple SaaS clients from one workspace. Multi-tenant by design. White-label on Pro. Shared creator network access. The partner management platform built for the way agencies actually operate.

One workspace. Every brand isolated.
How Rekomi sees it
Running affiliate programs as a service is a different shape from running one program for yourself. Multi-tenancy is first-class — not a workaround, not an add-on, not an enterprise-only feature.
Add as many as you manage
Owner / Admin / Manager / Viewer
Enforced at the database layer
One creator app, every brand
Each client gets their own corner of the workspace.
Different commission models, different billing arrangements, different brand surfaces — all from one Rekomi workspace. Switch between them in the topnav OrgSwitcher. Affiliates in one client's campaign never see anything from another.
Six things single-tenant platforms miss.
Most affiliate platforms were built for a brand running one program. Agencies need a different shape — and need it on day one.
Multi-tenant by design
Run programs for multiple clients from one Rekomi account. Each client gets their own organization with isolated dashboards, branding, and commission rules. Switch via the topnav OrgSwitcher.
Per-client commission engines
Different clients run different commission models. Recurring 30% for one SaaS, $200 one-time for an annual plan, hybrid for a memberships product. Each campaign runs its own rules with no global lock-in. Pro tier adds per-client multi-currency reporting across 30+ ISO 4217 currencies with daily ECB-backed FX, so a US client and a EU client can each see their numbers in their home currency.
White-label for Pro accounts
Pro tier removes Rekomi branding from affiliate-facing dashboards, emails, public campaign landing pages, and payout PDFs. Your client's affiliates see only your client's brand. Your agency stays in the background.
Shared creator network access
Every client you manage benefits from the same curated creator network. One application from a creator reaches every brand you accept them into. Saves your team time and the creators time.
Role-based permissions per client
Add team members per organization with Owner / Admin / Manager / Viewer roles. Different agency staff can have different access tiers per client. Junior staff can review applications without seeing payout amounts.
Per-client brand surfaces
Each organization carries its own logo, accent color, and public campaign landing page. Affiliates in client A's campaign never see anything from client B. Strict tenant isolation enforced at the database layer.
Three shapes agencies run. Rekomi fits all of them.
Solo operator, boutique agency, enterprise practice. The multi-tenant architecture flexes to the way you already operate, not the other way around.
Solo operator
One-person consultancy managing affiliate programs for 1–3 clients. Each client owns their own billing; you operate inside their account.
- Setup
- Each client signs up to Rekomi, invites you as Admin
- Billing
- Client pays Rekomi directly
- Best for
- Hands-on consulting, fractional CMO arrangements
Boutique agency
3–15 person agency running multiple client programs. You provision and own the Rekomi organizations; clients access their dashboard as guests.
- Setup
- Agency creates organization per client
- Billing
- Agency pays Rekomi; bills client separately
- Best for
- Recurring retainer engagements, full managed service
Enterprise agency
10+ clients, dedicated success teams, custom contracts. White-label across every client surface. Cross-client analytics for agency-level reporting.
- Setup
- Single Rekomi enterprise umbrella, child orgs per client
- Billing
- Negotiated enterprise contract
- Best for
- Specialized partner agencies, partnership consultancies
A 5-client boutique runs at ~1–3% of agency revenue.
The most common agency pattern: 5 SaaS clients, each running their own affiliate campaign through your agency. Each client sits on Growth tier ($99/mo), giving them unlimited campaigns and full network access. Your team operates inside each client's organization with Admin permissions.
You bill your clients separately for the agency retainer. Rekomi's monthly cost is a tiny fraction of what you charge per client. White-label on Pro is available if you upgrade your largest clients to that tier.
- Clients on Growth tier
- 5 × $99/mo
- Monthly Rekomi cost
- $495.00
- Typical agency retainer per client
- $3K–$8K
- Combined client revenue
- $15K–$40K
- Tool cost as % of agency revenue
- 1–3%
Most agencies run clients on Growth.
White-label and cross-client analytics are Pro-only — designed for agencies that need both as their book of business grows.
Bring existing client programs over.
Most agencies have at least one client already running on Rewardful, Tapfiliate, FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, or Dub Partners. Rekomi ships a self-serve CSV importer for all five, so migration is minutes per client, not weeks.
CSV bulk import
Export affiliates, sales, and commissions from the existing platform. Map the columns, upload, and Rekomi recreates them with original creation dates intact.
Legacy link redirect
Old referral links keep working through a 301 redirect to the new Rekomi short links during a transition window (default 90 days, configurable). Affiliates do not need to update their posts.
Pending commission handoff
Pending commissions from the old platform pay out normally there. New sales from the cutover date forward attribute and commission through Rekomi. No double-paying, no orphaned sales.

How does multi-tenant billing work?
Each organization (i.e., each client) is its own Rekomi account on its own plan. You can have your clients pay Rekomi directly (each one billed separately), or your agency can pay for all of them under one card and bill clients separately. Both arrangements are common.
Can I onboard clients with their own Stripe, Paddle, Braintree, or Shopify accounts?
Yes, each organization connects its own Stripe, Paddle, Braintree, or Shopify account, or any other payment gateway via the S2S API. Sales, commissions, and payouts route per client. You see all clients you manage in your dashboard switcher; each client sees only their own data.
What is the scope of the white-label feature?
On Pro tier: removes Rekomi branding from affiliate-facing dashboards (e.g., /a/* pages your affiliates see), all transactional emails to affiliates, the public campaign landing pages your affiliates link from, and downloadable payout PDFs. Your client's affiliates never see the Rekomi name. Admin-facing surfaces (the agency-facing dashboard) retain Rekomi branding.
Can I move an existing client's affiliate campaign into Rekomi?
Yes. Self-serve CSV importers ship for Rewardful, Tapfiliate, FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, and Dub Partners. Or call our API for custom platforms. Existing referral links keep working through a 301 redirect during the transition window, so the client's affiliates do not lose any in-flight sales.
Do you offer agency partnerships or revenue share?
Yes. We have an agency partner program with referral commissions and volume discounts for agencies bringing 5+ clients onto Rekomi. Contact us via the homepage for the current terms.
What about reporting across all my clients?
Each organization has its own dashboard with full analytics. On Pro tier, the agency-level umbrella provides cross-client rollup analytics: total tracked revenue across all clients, total commissions paid, top affiliates by client. Useful for monthly retainer reporting.
Can my clients enable sub-affiliate recruiting?
Yes, on Pro. Per campaign, your client toggles on sub-affiliate recruiting and picks an override percent. Their affiliates get a personal recruitment link, and the recruiter earns the override on every recruit's commission. Hard-capped at one tier so this stays an affiliate-recruiting feature, not an MLM structure. Refund-aware and included in the standard 1099-NEC export. A clean lever for a client who wants their best affiliates to compound the program.
One workspace. Every brand isolated.
