The affiliate platform for modern AI SaaS.
Free trial attribution. Usage-based commissions. Credit packs supported. A network of AI-savvy creators ready to promote tools they actually use. Built for the way AI subscriptions actually convert customers in 2026.

AI tools convert differently.
Trials, meters, credits, prosumer churn
Four billing shapes cover how AI tools actually sell: subscriptions, credit packs as one-time CPS, usage meters, and hybrid plans. Rekomi was built for that shape from day one, and the engine compiles every billing event from Stripe, Paddle, Braintree, or Shopify, plus any other payment gateway via the S2S API, into a single payout per affiliate.
Short journeys, first-party tracked end-to-end
Subs · credit packs · meters · hybrid
Anonymized metadata only, zero retention
Claw-back proportional to refunds and credits
Five things AI tools need that generic platforms miss.
Each one is built into the commission engine on day one — not roadmapped, not bolted on with custom code, not gated behind a sales call.
Trial-to-paid attribution
Most AI tools convert through a free trial. Rekomi attributes the click that led to the trial signup, holds the sale in pending state until the trial flips to paid via Stripe, and only commissions once revenue is real. Refunds claw back proportionally.
Usage-based commissions
Pay per token, per credit, per API call. Commission scales with the customer's actual monthly usage instead of a fixed amount. The accounting handles top-ups, credit packs, and metered subscriptions in one engine.
AI-native creators in the network
The curated network includes AI tool reviewers, prompt-engineering Substacks, AI Discord communities, and YouTube channels that already publish about modern AI tools. Native fit, not random influencers chasing whatever pays most this week.
Prosumer-grade analytics
AI tools often have very short purchase journeys (click → trial → paid in under an hour). The first-party tracking handles fast-converting funnels without losing attribution to ad-blockers, third-party cookie deprecation, or iOS Private Relay.
AI co-pilot for AI brands
Rekomi's own AI co-pilot uses Claude to scan your Stripe customer base and identify which power users would make the best affiliates. For AI SaaS, this often surfaces customers whose audiences are already AI-curious.
An AI tool for AI tools.
Subscriptions, credits, meters, BYOK, agents. Rekomi reads every billing event from Stripe, Paddle, Braintree, and Shopify, with any other payment gateway sending events via the S2S API, runs Claude inference on the customer base to find your best affiliates, and compiles each event shape into a single payout per affiliate.
Four ways to structure commissions for AI products.
AI tools rarely bill the same way. Some run pure subscriptions, others sell credits, others meter every API call. Rekomi's commission engine handles all of them — even in the same campaign.
Subscription %
Pay a percentage of every monthly subscription. Most common model for AI SaaS with tiered pricing (e.g., $20 / $50 / $200 per month).
- Typical
- 20-30% recurring
- Best for
- ChatGPT-style assistants, image generators, AI writing tools
Credit-pack one-time
Pay a fixed percentage on every credit pack purchase. Customers reload credits frequently; each reload commissions independently.
- Typical
- 10-20% per pack
- Best for
- Video gen, audio gen, top-up models
Usage % (metered)
Pay a percentage of metered usage charges via Stripe Billing Meters. Scales with how heavily the customer uses the product.
- Typical
- 5-15% of usage
- Best for
- API platforms, infra products, dev tools billed per call
Hybrid bonus + recurring
Pay a one-time bonus when a referral converts past the trial, plus recurring percentage thereafter. Front-loads affiliate income to drive activation.
- Typical
- $30 bonus + 15% recurring
- Best for
- Annual plans, high-LTV B2B AI tools
Per-referral payouts across three real AI billing shapes.
From live Rekomi campaigns
Sanitized examples from live campaigns running on AI products. The exact numbers depend on your pricing, but the engine handles each shape with the same commission rules UI.
Real campaigns blend shapes. A common AI campaign runs subscription % as the base, plus credit-pack one-time on every reload. The Rekomi commission engine compiles both into a single payout per affiliate.
Four creator archetypes you will meet in the network.
The curated network is AI-flavored by design. Brands joining the network meet creators whose audiences already buy AI tools. Quality over generic reach.
AI Substack writers
Audiences of 5K-50K subscribers reading weekly newsletters about AI tools, prompt engineering, and the latest models. Very high conversion on relevant products.
YouTube AI reviewers
Channels with 10K-500K subscribers reviewing AI tools, comparing models, building agents. Strong evergreen tail on video reviews.
AI Discord & community owners
Curators of 1K-20K engaged AI builders. Trust per-member is high. Authentic recommendations convert.
Indie AI engineers with audiences
Twitter / X folks building agents, demoing models, publishing GitHub repos. Convert their audience with technical credibility.
Questions from AI founders.
The honest answers AI founders ask before they wire Stripe — including what the AI co-pilot does and doesn't do with your customer data.
How do you handle free-trial attribution?
A click attributes to the trial signup immediately. The sale stays in pending state until the trial flips to paid via Stripe (customer.subscription.updated → status=active or invoice.paid). Then the commission moves to approved status. If the trial expires unpaid, the sale auto-cancels and no commission accrues. Affiliates see this state transition on their dashboard.
Can I commission on credit purchases, not just subscriptions?
Yes. The commission engine supports one-time charges (credit packs, top-ups, prepaid bundles) alongside recurring subscriptions. Mix and match in the same campaign. Each credit pack purchase triggers its own sale event and commissions independently.
Do you support BYOK or platform-fee billing models?
Yes. The sales model is billing-shape agnostic. As long as the revenue event reaches Rekomi (natively from Stripe, Paddle, Braintree, or Shopify, or from any other payment gateway via the S2S API), Rekomi attributes and commissions correctly. For BYOK platforms, you typically commission on the platform fee portion only, not the underlying model usage.
What about Stripe Billing Meters for usage-based pricing?
First-class support. You define which meters drive commissions and the percentage rate. As the customer's usage charges accrue through the meter, commission accrues at the configured rate. Refunds and credits on metered usage also flow back through the commission engine.
Does the AI co-pilot use my data to train models?
No. The AI co-pilot calls Anthropic's Claude API in pass-through mode with zero retention. Your customer data is sent for the duration of a single inference request, not stored at Anthropic, and not used to train any model. We use only aggregated, anonymized customer metadata (no PII in prompts) so identifiable data does not leave your tenant.
How do AI affiliates typically promote?
Mix of: dedicated YouTube reviews comparing your tool to alternatives, Substack newsletters reviewing the AI landscape monthly, Twitter / X threads with affiliate links, deep-dive blog posts targeting 'best AI tools for X' SEO, Discord community drops for technical builders. Most AI affiliates convert through long-form content that takes 30-90 days to season but produces months of tail.
