Do you support recurring commissions on annual plans?
Yes. Annual subscriptions are commissioned per-billing-period like monthly. If you'd rather pay one-time on annuals (since the LTV is already captured), set the campaign's annual rule to one-time and monthly rule to recurring. Mixed rules are first-class.
What happens when a customer changes plans?
Sticky commissions. If an affiliate refers a Starter customer who upgrades to Pro, the commission scales with the new plan amount automatically. Set the rule once, the engine handles every plan change, downgrade, and add-on for the customer's full lifetime.
How is trial-to-paid attribution handled?
A click attributes to the trial signup immediately. The sale sits in 'pending' status while the trial is active. When Stripe fires customer.subscription.updated to status=active or invoice.paid, the sale flips to 'approved' and the first commission accrues. If the trial expires unpaid, the sale is auto-canceled.
Can I run multiple campaigns from one account?
Yes on Growth tier and above. Common patterns: separate campaigns per product line, separate campaigns per region, separate campaigns for partner-tier vs creator-tier affiliates. Each campaign has its own commission rules, landing page, and analytics. For products on billing providers that report them (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, and more), per-product commission rates can also cover different rates within a single campaign, so you don't always need a separate campaign per product line.
What about churn and refunds?
When a customer cancels, the recurring commission stops on their next billing cycle. When a refund or chargeback hits, the commission is clawed back proportional to the refunded amount. The accounting is automatic; affiliates see a 'pending' state on their dashboard during the refund grace period (configurable, default 30 days).
Do you support Stripe Connect for marketplace SaaS?
Yes. If your SaaS is itself a Stripe Connect platform, Rekomi runs alongside without conflict. We attribute your platform-level subscriptions and commission your affiliates from the platform fee, not from your connected accounts' transactions.

Can my best affiliates recruit more affiliates?
Yes, on every plan. Flip a per-campaign toggle and your approved affiliates get a personal recruitment link. When someone they recruit drives a conversion, the recruit earns the normal commission and the recruiter earns a configurable override (you pick the percent). It's 2-tier: one recruiting level, hard-capped, so this stays an affiliate-recruiting feature, not an MLM structure. Refund-aware: a parent refund cascades the override proportionally.
