What's the smallest amount I can pay out?
Stripe Express transfers have a $1 minimum (varies by destination country). You also set a per-affiliate minimum, and balances under it roll forward to the next run.
Does Rekomi take a fee on payouts?
Yes, a flat 3% on affiliate payouts (2.5% on Enterprise), and it does real work for you. Is there a limit on how much I can pay out?
Each plan includes a monthly partner-payout volume to help you pick the right tier (Starter $2,500, Growth $15,000, Pro and Enterprise unlimited). It is a guide, not a wall: you are never blocked from paying your partners and there is no overage fee. Go over and the flat 3% still applies to all volume; we simply suggest moving up a plan for more headroom.
What about mass payouts to dozens of affiliates at once?
Bulk run-payout. Pick the affiliates, confirm the total, dispatch the batch. Stripe Express transfers fire in parallel with per-row idempotency, all in one run.
What happens to commission on a refunded charge?
Auto-reversed before the next payout run. Stripe webhook fires, the sales ledger reverses the commission, and pending balance recalculates the same moment. The affiliate never sees commission they are about to lose. Payouts run off the same commission tracking software that logged the original sale, so the reversal shows up in the same ledger, not a separate report. Does Rekomi support PayPal payouts?
Yes. PayPal is a first-class payout method covering 110+ countries beyond the 42 Stripe Express handles with direct deposits (150+ combined, including the US on Stripe). Affiliates outside Stripe Express coverage add a PayPal email to their profile and are paid through the same payout run, with the same audit trail.
What if an affiliate is in a country Stripe Express does not cover?
They join your program, earn commission, and get paid via PayPal instead of a Stripe Express deposit. Same payout run, same eligibility math, same audit trail.
