Which AI model does the co-pilot use?
Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6, called server-side via the Anthropic SDK. Every co-pilot call runs on your Rekomi backend, never from the browser.
Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?
Yes, on the Pro tier. Drop your key in settings and the co-pilot will use it for all calls billed to your Anthropic account. Growth tier uses the shared Rekomi key.
Will the AI hallucinate customer data?
Outputs cite the underlying record (customer, sale, or commission rule) the co-pilot is reasoning over. If a citation is missing, the surface treats the claim as untrusted and shows a warning. We do not present free-form AI text as fact.
Which plan do I need?
Growth and above. Without an Anthropic API key configured the co-pilot panels render a quiet placeholder that says configure an Anthropic key to enable. No errors, no crashes.
When does anomaly and fraud detection ship?
On the roadmap. The first three surfaces (candidate finder, outreach drafter, commission rate analyzer) are live today. Anomaly detection is the next surface to ship.
Can I customize the prompt the co-pilot uses?
Prompt customization is on the roadmap. Today the prompts are tuned by us per surface, with citation requirements baked in. You can audit the request log per call to see exactly what was sent.
Can I connect my own AI (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) instead?
