Emails as object array, not string

Freshmarketer's contact schema wants emails as an array of objects: `[{value: "a@b.com", is_primary: true}]`, not a bare string. Rekomi maps automatically; if you query the API directly later, the shape surprise is on Freshworks, not Rekomi.

Account subdomain in URL

Freshworks uses per-account subdomains (yourbrand.myfreshworks.com). Rekomi's connect form requires both the subdomain and the API key. Paste only one and the test call surfaces a 404 with the missing-subdomain hint.

List join is a separate call

Freshmarketer requires contact creation + list-association as two separate API calls (no atomic create-with-list). Rekomi handles the sequence; if the list-join fails, the sync is marked Retrying and re-fires just that step.

Freshworks runs a Partner Network for SIs and resellers, separate from customer-facing affiliate programs. Rekomi is the layer that lets you run YOUR affiliate program on YOUR product, with Freshmarketer as the email home.

Can affiliate events flow to Freshdesk tickets?+

Indirectly, Rekomi's webhooks can post to Freshdesk's API to create tickets when affiliate-related issues arise (e.g., commission disputes). Most brands don't wire this; affiliate communications stay in Freshmarketer / Rekomi's own UI.

What's the minimum Freshmarketer plan?+

Freshmarketer's Growth tier ($23/month, billed annually) is the API minimum. Pro tier ($79/month) unlocks more advanced segments. Either pairs cleanly with Rekomi.
