SendGrid's contact-add returns 202 with a `job_id`, no immediate confirmation the contact actually landed. Naive integrations mark Succeeded on 202 and silently fail. Rekomi polls the job status (5 attempts, 2s apart) before marking Succeeded. This is the #1 cause of silent CRM-sync failures in the industry.
SendGrid Marketing Campaigns identifies lists with UUIDs (e.g., `abc12345-...`). Rekomi's connect-flow picker pulls them live + formats them so you pick by list NAME rather than memorizing UUIDs.
